Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi LLP represents California public agencies and their administrators in all eleven (11) of its statewide locations. Within the Firm, we have numerous attorneys whose practice emphasizes public agency issues to address our clients’ needs. We represent cities, counties, fire districts, school districts, and a variety of other public entities. We work collaboratively with claims administrators, Human Resources Departments, Agency Counsel, and others as necessary. Public Agency Defense often requires multi-forum considerations involving different legal practice areas and litigation coordination. We strive to understand the public agency needs and special benefits impacted by workers’ compensation claims. We recognize that public agency representation requires the highest degree of coordination with the client and other legal representatives to accomplish successful handling of the workers’ compensation claim, employment/personnel issues, retirement benefits, union issues, and other concerns faced by the agency. Our experience and knowledge in the complex area of public agency representation have repeatedly proven to meet the challenges necessary to accomplish the goal.
