Jesus “Jesse” Mendoza is a Partner in our San Francisco office. He represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Mendoza earned his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico. He received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While in law school, Mr. Mendoza served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He also served as a Research Assistant to Distinguished Professor of Law Roger C. Park.

Mr. Mendoza is a contributor to the California Workers’ Compensation Reporter, and has had numerous speaking engagements addressing such topics as post-Dahl case litigation and pension issues for public-entity clients. Mr. Mendoza is fluent in Spanish.
