California Workers’ Comp Educational Entity Defense Law Firm Attorneys
As a subset of our public agency practice, Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi LLP represents educational entities and their administrators throughout the state, in all of our 11 locations. Our clients include K-12 school districts, community colleges, universities, joint powers authorities, and a variety of other educational entities.
We value teamwork and collaborate with your claims administrator, Human Resources Department, entity counsel and others, as necessary, to reach a favorable resolution of the workers’ compensation claim and other employment issues. At the same time, we take into account the issues specific to each school district which might affect how a case is litigated.
Our case handling incorporates the integration of supplemental benefits under the California Education Code and retirement systems which affect benefit delivery and claim trajectory.
LFLM’s experience and knowledge, coupled with our passion for delivering the highest quality representation, enables us to effectively navigate this complex, multi-layered area of practice to resolve the unique issues faced by educational entities.
