Emma Nelson-Munson is an Associate Attorney in our Oakland office. She joined LFLM in 2017 and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.
Ms. Nelson-Munson has a diverse civil background in construction defect, toxic tort, products liability and consumer protection. Before joining LFLM, she led a civil litigation department for third party claims. Ms. Nelson-Munson earned her undergraduate degree from University of Oregon. She went on to earn her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law.
