John V. Geyer is the Managing Partner of LFLM. He began working as an Associate Attorney in our Sacramento office immediately after taking the bar exam in 1993. After marrying in 1995, Mr. Geyer became a Partner in 2001 and started having children the same year. After his third boy was born in 2007, Mr. Geyer became the Managing Partner of the Sacramento office. In December, 2014, Mr. Geyer moved to the Oakland office to begin transitioning into the role of the firm’s Managing Partner, a position he holds today.
Mr. Geyer has devoted his entire career to defending the interests of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in state workers’ compensation matters, §132a claims, and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims.
