Jesus Pereda is an Associate Attorney in our Fresno office. He joined LFLM in 2024, and represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law. Prior to joining LFLM, Mr. Pereda represented employers in discrimination actions, wage and hour class actions and against Cal/OSHA citations.

Mr. Pereda earned his undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno, in Business Administration with an option in Accountancy. After graduating, he remained in the Central Valley where he assisted business owners and developed his skills in business management and accounting. He went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law where he served as a representative of student interests and wrote for San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review.

Mr. Pereda is currently a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and Fresno County Young Lawyers Association.
