Gabrielle “Gabby” Ocaña is an Associate Attorney in our Los Angeles office. She joined LFLM in 2023, and represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law. Prior to Workers’ Compensation, she gained experience in Immigration Law, specifically advocating for immigrants’ rights.

Ms. Ocaña is a first-generation, born-and-raised Angeleno. Her undergraduate journey took her from Los Angeles to Denver, CO, where she attended Regis University and graduated in 2018 with a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology, and a minor in Spanish. She attended law school at Western State College of Law in Irvine, CA, graduating in May of 2023.
