Trisha A. Toyne is an Associate Attorney in our San Diego office. She joined LFLM in 2019, and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.

Ms. Toyne is proud to defend California’s employers, insurers, third-party administrators, and public entities in their workers’ compensation needs. Ms. Toyne now provides exclusive representation of the employer and insurer community and is well respected in all Southern California venues.
