  • Overview

    Erin Walker is a Partner in our Oakland office. She joined LFLM in 2009, and represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law. She is a frequent speaker at industry events with an emphasis on Civility and Ethics.

    Prior to joining LFLM, Ms. Walker briefly worked as an applicant’s attorney. She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. Upon graduating from GGU she received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Student Award for her class. Ms. Walker serves on the LFLM Diversity Committee.

    Ms. Walker is certified as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, and she is a member of the LFLM Legal Specialization Committee.
