Matthew Hersh is an Associate Attorney in our Oakland office. He has been practicing state workers’ compensation defense since 2008.

Mr. Hersh received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his law degree from the New College of California School of Law.

Mr. Hersh is certified as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, and he is a member of the LFLM Legal Specialization Committee.
