Robert A. Guttman is the Managing Partner of our San Bernardino office. He joined LFLM in 1998 as the Managing Associate Attorney of the San Bernardino office later becoming the Managing Partner from 2005. When Mr. Guttman joined LFLM, he brought with him 12 years of experience in state workers’ compensation law. He represents the interests of insurance companies, TPA’s, self-insured entities, public agencies and employers relative to state workers’ compensation, §132a and Serious and Willful claims.
