Paul G. Wolfe is an associate attorney in our San Francisco Office. He joined LFLM in 2022 following 17 years of practice in workers’ compensation defense. He was formerly a managing shareholder at his prior firm. Mr. Wolfe has extensive experience in all aspects of discovery and litigation representing employers, insurers and third party administrators including defense of 132a, Serious and Willful Misconduct allegations, ADR/Carve-Out and suspected fraud claims. Mr. Wolfe has served as a judge pro tem at the Workers Compensation Appeals Board and enjoys training and mentoring new attorneys.
Mr. Wolfe earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Santa Barbara in English and Business Accounting where he graduated with honors. He then attended University of San Francisco where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Wolfe is also a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation.
