Olivia Ahlswede joined LFLM as an Associate Attorney in 2014, in our San Diego office. She now practices in our San Jose office representing insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured employers and public agencies in all areas of state workers’ compensation defense.
Prior to her workers’ compensation experience, Ms. Ahlswede’s legal practice included medical malpractice defense and defense of California Medical Board accusations.
