Ilona Rincon is an Associate Attorney in our Sacramento office. She joined LFLM in 2024 and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation defense.
Ms. Rincon grew up in Sacramento, where she received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis, double majoring in International Relations and Russian. She was born in Ukraine and is a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian. During law school, Ms. Rincon served as a Policy Intern with the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute in Washington, D.C. Afterwards, she returned to Sacramento to be closer to her family.
Ms. Rincon served as the Sacramento Chapter President for the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) from 2021 to 2023. She also served on the board of the Sacramento County Bar Association Workers’ Compensation section from 2020 to 2021.
