Tamar C. Hawk is an Associate Attorney in our San Jose office. She represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.
Ms. Hawk grew up in upstate New York, so cheers to any fellow “New Yawkas.” She completed law school at Santa Clara University. Ms. Hawk practiced for LFLM as well as another workers’ compensation firm for about ten years. While raising her two children, she took a hiatus from the legal profession and worked as a teacher. She was pleased to return to the firm in 2023. Ms. Hawk published an article on WorkCompCentral with Seema Savur regarding how Ex Parte Communication Disqualifies Medical Examiners.
