Maryann C. Shirvell is a Partner in our San Diego office. She joined LFLM in 1997, and specializes in the defense of claims under the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, War Hazards Compensation Act, Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act and Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act. Ms. Shirvell also handles matters involving Jones Act claims and general maritime law as well as state workers’ compensation.

Ms. Shirvell manages LFLM’s Longshore Department in San Diego.
