Julie S. Kennedy is an Associate Attorney in our Oakland office. She joined LFLM in 2022 bringing many years of legal experience including 12 years practicing civil litigation in Ireland and 17 years Workers’ Compensation Defense and Subrogation experience in California.

Ms. Kennedy has been certified by the State Bar of California as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation for 15 years. She has presented various aspects of California Workers’ Compensation defense to clients, including issues of compensability, Labor code section 132a violations, legislative changes and subrogation.
