Jessica L. Field is an Associate Attorney in our San Francisco office. She joined LFLM in 2021 and has worked in the field defending self-insured employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and legally uninsured entities, in all areas of state workers’ compensation defense, since 2011.

Mrs. Field earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a Minor in Criminal Justice from California State University in Chico where she received several honors and awards, including Distinguished Delegation and Outstanding Position Paper Award for committee participation and competition in the United Nations simulation in New York.  She interned at the Community Legal Information Center, a free legal aid clinic, providing assistance to California inmates.

Mrs. Field subsequently received her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, in May of 2009, again with honors. She was a member of the Women’s Law Association and the International Comparative Law Study Abroad Program. Mrs. Field received CALI and WITKIN Awards while in law school and served as a Certified Law Clerk for the San Francisco District Attorney. In 2019, she was certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law.
