Michael Kvyat is an Associate Attorney in our San Francisco office. He joined LFLM in 2019 and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation defense. 

Mr. Kvyat is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation including motion practice, discovery, pre-trial preparation and he has completed numerous bench trials and won favorable awards for his clients. He represents and defends individuals and businesses throughout California in litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, defective product, trucking and professional liability claims.

Mr. Kvyat graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he was a member of the competitive Mock Trial team. During law school he also interned at the Solano County Public Defenders’ Office as a certified law clerk. Mr. Kvyat is a native San Franciscan and he is fluent in Russian (spoken) and conversational in Spanish (spoken and written).
