John T. Marin is Of Counsel in the San Diego office. He joined LFLM in 2008, and practices in federal and state workers’ compensation matters, involving the defense of claims brought by longshoremen, shipyard workers, seaman and marine construction workers. Mr. Marin also pursues civil subrogation for reimbursement of state workers’ compensation benefits against third parties. He has extensive experience representing the interests of employers, insurance companies, third party administrators, self-insured entities and public agencies in maritime personal injury litigation in both federal and state civil actions.
