  • Overview

    Joanna Stevenson is an Associate Attorney in our Oakland office. She joined LFLM in 2017, and currently represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law. Prior to joining LFLM, Ms. Stevenson worked at workers’ compensation defense firms in the Bay Area, as well as briefly practicing as an applicant attorney.

    Ms. Stevenson earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in political science. She went on to earn her law degree (JD) from Ventura College of Law where she graduated with High Honors and her Masters in environmental law (LLM) at Golden Gate University College of Law, where she graduated with Honors.

    Ms. Stevenson is married with two wonderful dogs (Brittany’s) and a tolerable cat. In her rare down time she enjoys traveling, wine tasting, running, hiking, kayaking, skiing, playing poker, listening to live music, and generally enjoying the natural beauty that is the Bay Area.
