Glenn D. Olsen is an Associate Attorney in our Redding office. He joined LFLM in 2020 and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Olsen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the California Lutheran University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles.

Mr. Olsen has 25 years of experience in insurance, claims adjustment, risk management and workers compensation litigation management. He has litigated through trial and post-trial proceedings complex claims (catastrophic and death claims). He also represents employers in S&W, and LC §132a cases.

The CEB-State Bar Action Guide (update published December 2023)  on Meeting Statutory Deadlines in Worker’s Compensation is a Procedure Guide on litigation before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board. It is the only State Publication singularly dedicated to Procedure before the WCAB.  The Co-Editor, WCAB Judge Joanna Stevens is a former LFLM Attorney. The guide is revised every two years. Glenn Olsen, Esq of LFLM Redding and Judge Stevens (Oakland WCAB) have been collaborating on this project since 2020.
