David W. Hughes is an Associate Attorney in our Concord office. He joined LFLM in 1998. His practice involves civil litigation, emphasizing state workers’ compensation subrogation, exclusive remedy defense, insurance coverage, and general/special employment issues.
Prior to joining LFLM, Mr. Hughes practiced insurance defense for two major insurance carriers. Mr. Hughes earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater with majors in history and political science. He went on to earn his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
