Chris Lee is a Senior Managing Associate in our San Francisco Office. He joined LFLM in 2022 following 15 years of practicing state workers’ compensation insurance defense. Mr. Lee is an experienced workers’ compensation defense trial attorney representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in every aspect of state workers’ compensation matters, including 132a claims, Serious and Willful Misconduct claims, ADR as well as third-party Subrogation claims.

Mr. Lee earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of California, Irvine, where he double majored in Political Science and Sociology. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Lee is certified as a Workers’ Compensation Legal Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.

  • Mr. Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea and his family immigrated in 1986 to Southern California where he grew up.
  • Mr. Lee has lived in Northern California since 2001 and currently lives in Marin County with his wife and two children. Even though he grew up in Southern California, he was and still is a Giants fan (a source of contention with his brother) and loves the game of baseball.
  • Mr. Lee loves to travel and any activities involving the outdoors.
