Charles A. Leath is an Associate Attorney in our Fresno office. He joined LFLM in 2018, and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.
A litigation and trial attorney, Mr. Leath represents a diverse client base, including individuals, family businesses and large multinational corporations. He has successfully handled transportation, construction, commercial, insurance and toxic tort claims and also advises his clients in business transactions. Mr. Leath’s experience includes all aspect of the litigation process and has successfully represented his clients at depositions, mediation, arbitration and trial.
Having grown up and attended law school in the Central Valley, Mr. Leath is able to use his knowledge of the local community to his clients’ benefit, in both litigation and business matter. Mr. Leath received his law degree from the San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California. He attended San Diego State University and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English.
Mr. Leath is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association.

In 2011, Mr. Leath began serving as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Fresno, teaching courses in Construction Law and Labor Law.
Mr. Leath enjoys spending time with his children, skiing, hiking and traveling.
