Andy Mendoza is an Associate Attorney in our San Bernardino office. He joined LFLM in 2023. Mr. Mendoza represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law. In addition, Mr. Mendoza brings over 19 years’ experience in the areas of Subrogation; Employment Law; Wrongful Death; Construction Law; and Civil Litigation, with multiple civil jury trials to verdict.
Mr. Mendoza graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California State Polytechnic, Pomona in 2001. He went on to receive his law degree from Whittier School of Law in 2004. During law school Mr. Mendoza clerked for the Los Angeles County Counsel as well as the Cuyahoga County Public Defender’s Office and with the Orange County District Attorneys’ Office.
In addition to all California state courts, Mr. Mendoza is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California and the Supreme Court of the United States.
