Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi LLP has been a force in the defense
of litigated workers' compensation claims since the mid-1930's when
its predecessor, Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, was formed.
In 1985, Sedgwick's Workers' Compensation Defense
department organized itself independently as Laughlin, Falbo, Levy
& Moresi LLP in San Francisco, California.
Through the years, the focus has remained California
Workers' Compensation Defense, yet this practice has been supplemented
to benefit clients. Today, Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi LLP also
provides expertise in fields compatible with and complementary to the
defense of workers' compensation matters.
The need arose for Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi
LLP to expand geographically as they grew in stature and scope. From
their initial base in San Francisco, Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi
LLP now has multiple offices strategically located throughout
California. This network of support helps provide quality services at
competitive rates.
