Mr. Lowe is a Southern California native (Orange County) who relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2004. In addition, he is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Products Liability and Workers' Compensation committees. Outside of the office he is an avid supporter of the San Francisco Giants and UC Irvine Anteaters.
