An original resident of the mid-west, Mr. Leibowitz moved to San Diego in 1985 to attend law school. He has been told he still speaks with a mid-west “twang”. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Leibowitz teaches various classes for the IEA and has created an on-line program for their curriculum in Advanced Issues in Workers’ Compensation.
