Kathleen M. Foy is a Partner in our San Jose office. She joined LFLM in 2016, and represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.
Ms. Foy received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in 2008 and her Master of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 2010. She studied abroad at Oxford University becoming certified in Comparative Media & Policy Law, then returned to earn her law degree. She graduated Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington in 2015.
