Jessica M. Neal is an associate in our Los Angeles office. She has been a practicing labor and employment law attorney in the state of California for over a decade, representing insurance carriers, third party administrators, and employers with a common sense approach to workers’ compensation litigation.
Ms. Neal has devoted her career to helping employers decrease their workers’ compensation expenses. She has worked with businesses, including Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies, in a multitude of industries concerning a variety of complex workers compensation issues. Ms. Neal utilizes her extensive workers compensation experience to obtain fast and practical results for her clients.
Originally from the Midwest, Ms. Neal obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude in 2007 from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. She was a member of the eleventh class of University Scholars and as such, her degree was conferred with honors. She moved to California to attend law school in Sacramento in 2008 at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where she earned her law degree with distinction in 2011.
