Of Counsel
  • Overview

James Pettibone is Of Counsel in our Concord office. In 1986, he joined LFLM as a Law Clerk. He became an Associate Attorney in 1988, and a Partner in 1994. Due to not paying attention carefully enough during a partner meeting, he served as LFLM Managing Partner from 2008 until June of 2015. He then returned to the full time practice of state workers’ compensation defense, although occasionally he plays around with a pivot table just because he can.

Mr. Pettibone received his undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco. He continued at the same University to earn his law degree.
