While in law school, Ms. Ghanbarian served as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court in Central California, taught at-risk high school students legal classes and worked as a law student representative at George and Katherine Alexander's employment law center in San Jose. She also worked as a summer associate at a mid-sized California law firm on civil matters. Prior to the practice of law, Ms. Ghanbarian worked as a director of business development and workforce consultant at a Fortune 300 corporation. Ms. Ghanbarian is admitted to the State Bar of California. She practices Workers' Compensation Defense with the firm. |

She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2008. In 2009, she was chosen as a Rising Star Attorney in Super Lawyer Magazine. Mr. Hurlimann received his BS from California State Polytechnic University - Pomona in 1992 and his JD from the University of California - Hastings College of Law in 2001. He is certified as a Workers' Compensation Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Hurlimann authored Respondents' brief in the case of Esquivel v. WCAB et al., (2009) 178 Cal. App. 4th 330 and successfully argued before the Court of Appeal that employers' liability for travel to treatment is limited to a reasonable distance, within a reasonable geographic area. Prior to his law career Mr. Hurlimann was an adjunct professor at the Universidad de Monterey in Mexico. In San Diego Mr. Hurlimann can be found racing sailboats in his spare time. |

Mr. Hutton's litigation experience is diverse and has included handling commercial construction, personal injury, maritime, government contracts, and workers' compensation matters while practicing law in Southern California and Denver, Colorado. Mr. Hutton has experience in a wide variety of tribunals ranging from federal district court to state administrative courts. Mr. Hutton's current practice focuses on general maritime law, insurance defense, and state and federal workers' compensation acts, including Longshore and Harbor Workers' Comepnsation Act and the Defense Base Act. Mr. Hutton graduated from West Virginia University in 1999 with a BS degree in Finance and then attended West Virginia University School of Law where he received his JD in 2002. While in law school, Mr. Hutton received CALI Awards in Anti-Trust and Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Hutton is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado. Aside from being involved with the California, San Diego and Colorado Bar Associations, Mr. Hutton is a member of the American Bar Association where he serves as the Alternative Dispute Resolution subcommittee co-chair. |

Ms. Ingels graduated from UC Santa Barbara with Honors and a Distinction in the Major in Comparative Literature in 2002. She then received her Master of Arts with Merit in European and Comparative Literary Studies from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England in 2004. Her law degree is from the USF School of Law, graduating in December 2010. Her writing has been acknowledged with awards of Best Brief in her Moot Court group and the CALI Award for her Information Privacy research paper. She was admitted to the California State Bar in May 2011 and practices state Workers' Compensation defense. In her spare time she is a big literature reader and enjoys cycling and yoga. |

Mr. Jackson practices in the firm's Fresno office.
