Sarah V. Bahlert |

Ms. Bahlert received her BA from the University of California San Diego in 2004 and her JD from the University of San Francisco in 2008. She represents employers and carriers in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and its extensions, including the Defense Base Act. Prior to attending law school Ms. Bahlert graduated with High Honors from the Department of Political Science at UCSD and competed as an NCAA Division II tennis player.

Mr. Brasher began his practice in Workers' Compensation law representing applicants at a large Sacramento area firm. He later practiced at a statewide defense firm for 3 years before joining the firm in September of 2010. He received his A.S. degree in Mathematics and Physical Science in 1999, and his JD from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2004. He was licensed to practice law in California in 2005. He practices Workers' Compensation defense with the firm. |

Mr. Chinchilla received his BA degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1982 and his JD from the University of West LA School of Law in 1990. He practices Workers’ Compensation Defense with the firm. Mr. Chinchilla began his legal career doing civil litigation and worked his practice into workers’ compensation. Although he originally started his practice representing plaintiffs and applicants he subsequently became a defense attorney in 1999. Currently, Mr. Chinchilla is also associated with the Long Beach Police Motor Patrol Association wherein he sits on the Honorary Board of Governors as a Lifetime Board Member. |

Jacqueline A. Clemett |

Ms. Clemett was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998 and has practiced in Workers' Compensation for 12 years. The majority of her career has been in private practice, however immediately prior to joining our firm she worked for Chartis as Claims Counsel. That position involved working in a claims office directly with the adjusters giving advice, training, and mentoring in all aspects of litigation management. In 1998, Jacqueline received her Law Degree from the McGeorge School of Law. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1994, both degrees with honors. She also attended a law school course taught by US Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy at the Universitat de Saulsberg (Austria) and completed a semester at the Universite de La Sorbonne (Paris) while pursuing her undergraduate studies. Jacqueline is fluent in Spanish and worked as an interpreter in Workers' Compensation during college. She also speaks French and limited Italian and Portuguese (Brazilian). Ms. Clemett is certified as a Workers' Compensation Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. |

Mr. Craig received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maine in 2002, and his J.D. from the University of Oregon in 2007. He is admitted to the California bar. While in law school Mr. Craig clerked for three years for an Oregon applicant’s firm. In 2007 he briefed and argued a Workers’ Compensation case before the Oregon Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi LLP he worked for a year as an associate at a California applicant’s firm. He practices Workers’ Compensation Defense with the firm. |
